How do I become a KEGOW Agent?

Agent's Wallet Opening

  • All Agents' wallet holders must have upgraded their wallet to tier 3 before they can be eligible for an Agent's Wallet.
  • Must have a minimum daily transaction limit of N50,000 on their individual account or from another MMO/Super Agent (other operators).
  • Apply for an Agent's Wallet on the individual wallet app.
  • Upload all relevant documents and provide all relevant information.
  • Upon submission of application, it will be reviewed and either approved or rejected by the review officer.
  • A new wallet number will be created for the Agent so that he or she will have 2 wallets i.e. individual tier 3 wallet and Agent wallet.
  • An Agent will be able to either continue to use the app on their phones or apply for POS.

How do I get a Pos as an agent?

You must fulfil a Level 3 KYC and pay a token of ₦20,000.

What happens when I have failed transactions with Wallet transfers?

Report immediately to the KEGOW support team via email, call or chat.

  • Full name, phone number, contact address, gender, place of birth, date of birth and passport photograph
  • Maximum single deposit of ₦20,000
  • Maximum cumulative balance of ₦200,000
  • Maximum transaction per time – ₦3,000
  • Maximum daily limit of ₦30,000

  • Passport photograph, name, place & date of birth, gender, address, ID, BVN and verification
  • Maximum single deposit of ₦50,000
  • Maximum cumulative balance of ₦400,000
  • Maximum transaction limit of ₦10,000
  • Maximum daily transaction limit of ₦100,000
  • Where the information required is not completed, the cash withdrawal will be denied

What happens if I transfer money to the wrong account number?

Unfortunately, that is outside of KEGOW's control.

Alerts can be delayed, depending on the network provider. We advise that receivers should log in to their app to check their balance.
